Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious and bright, they had a musty smell and felt a bit cramped. Being located nearly above the pool was a plus for some ambiance but also a potential downside for noise. The service was friendly and helpful, but it seemed like the property might need some maintenance. The location was convenient for accessing major attractions in the area but had some drawbacks like the separation of the bathroom and toilet. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options, but the pool provided good entertainment. Overall, it's a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, equipped with useful amenities like an iron, microwave, and fridge, but unfortunately, the smoke smell was quite strong, and the chirping smoke detector was very annoying. The service was hit or miss, with cheerful and helpful staff but also some disconnected moments. The location was convenient for exploring Bryce Canyon but not the most appealing surroundings. The dining options were a bit of a letdown, with some overcrowding and missing advertised items. However, the facilities were decent overall.
